Quality Management

Lombardi strives to exceed client’s expectations. In order to meet this goal, the group companies rely on perfectly trained and highly motivated personnel, on simple production procedures, on state-of-the-art equipment and on an effective organisation management system. The latter includes the quality management system, as well as the company's accounting system. The quality management system is certified ISO 9001. A member of the top management is in charge of it’s application, and reports to the board of directors.
